Order a Sample First
We want you to love your walls. We highly recommend sampling our wallpapers first to ensure the product meets your expectations before committing to full roll orders. Wallpaper swatches measure 8 inches x 10 inches and should give you a good feel of printed color on your chosen paper type.
Calculate the Amount You Need
Use the wallpaper calculator embedded on this page to estimate the number of rolls your project needs. If you have a complex project with multiple walls, or if walls aren't square or you need to wrap a corner we recommend ordering an extra roll to ensure you have enough coverage.
Order All Rolls At Once
Once you've approved your sample, order what you need soon, and order it all at once. Ink lots and print conditions shift slightly over time, so ordering together keeps everything consistent.
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to APO and FPO addresses and to PO boxes where the carrier allows it.

- Production takes 5 to 10 business days
- Transit takes 3 to 10 business days after your order ships
- Most orders arrive 8 to 20 business days after you place them
You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in more than one package at no extra cost. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays happen. If your order is running past the estimate, get in touch and we'll look into it.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check around your delivery spot and with neighbors and your carrier first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll make it right. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we'll reprint or refund.
New South Pattern House wallpaper is printed just for you, one order at a time. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting, and nothing is mass produced. We want you to love what arrives. If you don't, please let us know. You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to reach out, and we'll reprint your items or arrange a refund. To start, email newsouthpatternhouse@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what's wrong. Photos help us fix the root cause, so send them if you can.
